Cancellation Rights

If you purchased goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@humblechildren.com. Please note it may take us up to 7 business days to respond. 

Returns

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within the time required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@humblechildren.com. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
